Help and bug reports
Stuck signing in, lost a purchase, or found a bug? Email [email protected]. Please tell us your knight name, what you were doing, the browser and device you use, and include a screenshot if you can. We usually reply within a few days.
Reporting a player
To report cheating, offensive names or abusive chat, email [email protected] with the player's name, the map and time of the match, and a screenshot or clip. You can record a clip in the game with F8.
Privacy and account deletion
To see, correct or delete the data we keep about you, or to delete your account, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.
Purchases and refunds
Payments for Ribbit Coins are handled by Stripe. If a purchase did not arrive in your account, email [email protected] with the date and the email address you paid with, and we will sort it out.
