Terms of service
These terms apply when you play Ribbit Royale at ribbitroyale.com. By playing, creating an account or buying Ribbit Coins, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Who can play
Anyone can play as a guest. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and supervise any purchase.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Your knight name must follow the Community Code below, and we may change or hide a name that breaks it.
Community Code
- Be respectful. No slurs, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content or targeted insults in names or chat.
- No cheating. Do not use aimbots, speed hacks, modified game files, scripts or bugs to get an advantage, and do not attack or overload the game servers.
- No impersonation, scams, spam or selling accounts.
We may mute, kick, suspend or ban players who break the Community Code. Serious or repeated cases can lead to a permanent ban without a refund.
Ribbit Coins and virtual items
Ribbit Coins, Lilypads, cosmetics, battle pass rewards and other virtual items are a licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold to other people. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Because coins are delivered to your account straight away, purchases are final except where the law says otherwise. If a purchase did not arrive or you were charged by mistake, contact [email protected] and we will help.
Changes to the game
Ribbit Royale is updated often. We may add, change, rebalance or remove modes, maps, weapons and items, and we may change prices or rewards. We try to keep items you own working, but we cannot promise that the game will always be available or free of bugs.
Ownership
The game, its code, art, models, sounds and names belong to Ribbit Royale. You may record and share videos and screenshots of your own gameplay, including on monetised channels. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game itself.
Advertising
The game shows ads from Google AdSense on the main menu and in the shop, never during a match. See our privacy policy for how ad partners use cookies.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress caused by events outside our control, or problems caused by your device, browser or internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Ending your account
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
